A-WMF Technology
A-WMF (Additive Wire Metal Fusion) technology allow producing parts starting from wire made of metallic material. The system generates a heater thanks to an electric arc to fuse the material. The electric torch is moved from a robot or numerically controlled machine. The fused wire is deposed on the part to create overlapped layers. Some materials are available for this process and the cost is lower than powder material: Stailess steeel, nichel based alloy stainless steel alloy, aluminium alloy, titanium alloy.
